All orders are processed within 1 week of placement. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays or customs for Canadian orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the rates provided by our carriers (UPS or FedEx), depending on the order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Costs are passed directly to the customer, and no additional handling fees are applied.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to any other regions at this time.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided as soon as the order is processed and a shipping label is created, typically within 1 week of order placement. You will receive an email with the tracking details once available.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund to the original payment method in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
