Warranty Coverage

We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects under regular use. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective item.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim, email us at sales@rigreadysystems.com or fill our our contact form with your order details and a description of the defect, including photos if possible.

We will review your claim and may request the return of the defective item for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.

Upon receipt and inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the item, typically within 5-7 business days. You will be notified of the outcome.

Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims, ensuring a hassle-free process for our customers.
