At Rig Ready Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in "new" condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Return and Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, email us at sales@rigreadysystems.com with your order details, or fill out the contact form on our website. Please include your order number in your communication to eliminate any potential confusion.

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the item back to us.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for another product within 30 days of purchase. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be charged or refunded accordingly.

The exchanged item must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns (unused, in "new" condition, with original packaging).

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund approval. Refunds will be processed promptly, typically within 5-7 business days.
